HOW TO DISASSEMBLE BALL VALVE PARTS

The half-installed spherical valve is in singular form.

Ball valve arm cover is pulled and removed from the opening duct on the sleeve.

The nut on the side of the attachment is removed by reversing the clockwise direction. Nut and pipe connection is taken.
The nails under the valve sleeve cover are placed in their sockets on the clamping part bed (snap ring).
The snap ring is removed by reversing the clock direction.
When the teeth are removed from the body, they will be separated with the arm cover.
The ball appears in open position inside the valve.
The valve arm is turned clockwise and the sphere is closed.
The sphere is removed with finger grips on both sides. Here, the sphere can be pushed from the bottom of the valve to support the ejection force.
The screw on the arm is removed with the help of a Phillips-tip screwdriver.
The arm is pulled out and separated from the valve.
The pin is pushed inward and removed. Meanwhile, the other hand is kept from the inside. The pin that comes out of the socket is taken.

The nut on the body side is removed by turning clockwise.

The sphere gasket inside the body is taken manually.
The sphere gasket in the attachment is removed manually.
